Owen William Weber was born on October 31, 1984, yup that’s Halloween folks. He was born from a Rick and Donna, growing young and strong drawing much of his childhood away. In kindergarten he was asked what he wanted to be when he grew up, the answer was a paleontologist, obviously. Dinosaurs were always an obsession with Owen, at least up until Pittsfield High School when he realized art was the way to go. Later, in Hartford Art School, Owen found illustration. It was an insane art form where an artist can paint realistically and tell a story all at the same time. Fantasy art grew out of him and soon engulfed his portfolio. Dennis Nolan, Bill Thomson, and Doug Andersen pushed him as hard as possible and molded him from a mediocre art student freshman year to a pretty good one by senior year, graduating Magna Cum Laude in 2006 with a BFA in Illustration and a minor in Art History. Owen is now living in Queens, New York.
